Mark Aronson

Mark is a proud Boilermaker, having graduated from the John Martinson Honors College and the College of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering in 2017. Following his time at Purdue, he completed a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering at Boston University, during which his research focused on applying quantitative modeling to understand intracellular molecular dynamics. This interest was furthered in his role as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute's Janelia Research Campus, where he developed a novel theory for examining nongenetic inheritance in proliferating cellular systems. Following his time performing fundamental research, Mark's desire to apply computational modeling and data science methods to advance health equity brought him to his current role as a United States Digital Corps Fellow at the National Institute for Minority Health and Health Disparities within the NIH.

Anthony Denhart

Tony is the Executive Vice President of Talent and Workforce at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC), having joined the organization on January 3, 2022. In his role at the IEDC, Tony reports to Indiana Secretary of Commerce Brad Chambers and works to connect businesses in Indiana with talent resources, including universities, government agencies, community stakeholders, and education institutions. His primary objective is to facilitate the development of robust talent pipelines, meet hiring goals, and implement effective training and development programs for employers. Tony also represents the IEDC as a member of the Governor's Workforce Cabinet. Previously, he served as the University Relations Director for GE Corporate, where he led various talent attraction strategies and university recruiting initiatives for over 30 years. Throughout his career, Tony has demonstrated a strong commitment to his alma mater, Purdue University, serving as the Campus Relations Leader for six years and driving significant advancements in student interaction, hiring, and research collaboration. He is actively involved in various professional organizations, including the National Association of Corporate Relations Officers, NACRO, National Association of Colleges and Employers, and Midwest Association of Colleges and Employers. Additionally, Tony serves as an advisor to the GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program, John Martinson Honors College Dean's Advisory Board, and Purdue Student Life Vice Provost's Advisory Council. He is also a member of the advisory board of Velents, a startup focused on revolutionizing university recruitment and business communication through an AI-powered platform. Tony is a proud native Hoosier and a distinguished graduate of Purdue University, receiving the Distinguished Alumni Award from the University's Polytechnic Institute and being inducted into the Cooperative Education Hall of Fame. He resides in Noblesville with his wife, Rhonda. They have two grown children, Jake and Nicole. 

Kimberly Godden

Ms. Godden is currently the Corporate Secretary and Vice President of Legal, Government Relations, Corporate Compliance and Education for Superior Air- Ground Ambulance Service, Inc. since 2007. Kim advocates for the Emergency Medical Industry in Superior Ambulance states of IL, IN, OH, MI, WI, and Washington D.C. where she serves as Legislative Chair of the American Ambulance Association and former board member. Additionally, she holds positions on IDPH EMS Advisory Council, Illinois State Ambulance Association, and Indiana EMS Association. Kim started her career as a crime victim advocate serving as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) which led to a career with the IL Attorney General’s Office as Chief of the Crime Victim Services Division. Outside of the EMS industry, Kim serves on the boards for IL Chamber of Commerce, Cook County Sheriff’s Merit Board, WorkNet DuPage, Choose DuPage, Illinois Suicide Prevention Alliance (ISPA) and Local Emergency Planning Committee (DuPage LEPC). Kim lives in Chicago with her two daughters and husband. She graduated with her BA in History and Political Science from Purdue University and with her Juris Doctorate from DePaul College of Law.

Daniella Landers

Daniella is a highly skilled and accomplished attorney, serving as a partner in Reed Smith's esteemed Energy & Natural Resources practice group for over 20 years. With extensive experience in the field, she specializes in representing clients from various sectors such as energy, chemicals, commerce, and industry. Daniella's expertise encompasses a wide range of environmental, health & safety, and land use matters. Her practice focuses on assisting clients with dispute resolution, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and transactional issues, including mergers, sales, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Recognized for her proficiency in managing environmental crises and investigations, Daniella excels in developing customized legal strategies to address complex challenges. Her ability to navigate intricate legal landscapes ensures that clients receive tailored guidance and effective solutions. As a testament to her knowledge and commitment to the legal profession, Daniella has been an adjunct law professor at South Texas College of Law and the University of Houston Law Center for over 13 years. Through her teaching, she imparts her expertise and shapes the next generation of legal professionals. Daniella is highly regarded as a prolific speaker and writer, sharing her insights on environmental, energy, and litigation matters. Her contributions to the field further establish her as a thought leader, keeping her clients and peers informed of the latest developments and best practices. 

John Martinson

John Martinson is a highly accomplished venture capitalist with a diverse educational background. He earned a master's degree in aeronautical and astronautical engineering from Purdue University in 1971 and graduated as a Distinguished Graduate from the U.S. Air Force Academy. While serving in the Air Force, he also obtained a master’s in business administration from Southern Illinois University in 1975. In 1986, Martinson founded Edison Partners, a venture capital firm that has raised a total of $2.5 billion across ten funds. Currently, he serves as the chairman of Martinson Ventures, which boasts a portfolio of 50 companies and 25 private equity/venture capital fund investments. Martinson has held board positions in more than 100 technology businesses and has been actively involved in leadership roles, such as chairman of the National Venture Capital Association and founder of various technology associations. Martinson's philanthropic efforts primarily focus on advancing K-12 STEM education, having sponsored 42 programs at 15 universities. Recently, he has expanded his support to technology upgrades at colleges of performing arts and regional theaters. Over the past two decades, Martinson has also sponsored various Purdue Engineering programs, including Inspire, EPICS, Women in Engineering, and the Martinson Entrepreneurial Center. 

In recognition of his significant contributions, the Purdue University Board of Trustees approved the naming of the honors college after John Martinson in April 2022. The college is now known as the John Martinson Honors College, honoring his generous $25 million gift. 

Karen Moschetto

Karen joined Fredericksburg Academy in 1996 as the Athletic Director and has since held several pivotal positions within the institution. With an impressive track record of leadership, she has served as the Dean of Students, Head of Middle School, and interim Head of School. Recognized as the Academy's fourth Head of School in 2010, Karen emerged as the exemplary candidate following an extensive national search. As a relational leader, Karen has prioritized diversity and inclusion during her tenure, ensuring that Fredericksburg Academy remains an inclusive and welcoming community. Beyond her administrative role, she also takes on the position of Varsity Field Hockey Head Coach, guiding FA teams to an outstanding six State Championship titles. Karen's passion for athletics and education stems from her own experiences as a student-athlete. While pursuing her undergraduate and graduate degrees at Purdue University, she competed at the Division I level in field hockey. Her dedication and talent led to numerous accolades, including All-Big Ten and Academic All-Big Ten distinctions. Karen's commitment to excellence in both academics and athletics was recognized with the prestigious Big Ten Medal of Honor. Purdue University further honored her by naming her to the All-Decade team for the period spanning 1981 to 1991. Beyond her contributions to Fredericksburg Academy, Karen actively engages in various organizations within the education and business communities. She has served on the board of the Virginia Diversity Network and remains an active member of the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Karen holds leadership positions within the Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association and Virginia Association of Independent Schools. 

Paige Rudin Kinzie

Paige Rudin Kinzie is a veterinary health systems engineer designing and implementing sustainable and equitable policy solutions to complex problems at the intersection of animal, human, and environmental health. Paige is currently a joint Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (Purdue College of Veterinary Medicine) and Master of Public Health (University of Minnesota) student. She holds a B.S.E. degree in Multidisciplinary Engineering (Honors, 2019) and a minor in Global Engineering Studies from Purdue University. Paige is also the 2018 Indiana Truman Scholar and completed a Boren Scholarship in Romania (2018), combining language and cultural immersion with experience in veterinary clinics, followed by a position as a Truman-Albright Fellow working for the RAND Corporation’s Department of Homeland Security policy portfolio in Washington, DC. Most recently, she worked with the U.S. Department of Agriculture as an ORISE Fellow studying emerging infectious disease in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Cathy Russell

Cathy Russell is the leading real estate agent in the Lafayette area, known for her energy, enthusiasm, and extensive experience. With over 42 years in the business, she achieved the prestigious title of the number one agent in the Lafayette Regional Association of Realtors in 2015, closing over 225 properties for a total sales volume exceeding $35 million. After graduating from Purdue University and working in the building industry, Cathy began her real estate career in 1974. Her dedication to further education and professional development propelled her to break numerous top-producing records, including being named one of Coldwell Banker International's top 10 agents from 1992 to 1996. In 1998, Cathy established her own real estate agency, Cathy Russell Team Real Estate, which later became "The Russell Company" under the leadership of her oldest and youngest children. Alongside her successful career, Cathy has remained an active member of the community, supporting Purdue University through scholarships and being a long-standing member of the John Purdue Club. With a focus on learning, doing one's best, and helping others achieve their goals, Cathy continues to enjoy her role as a mother, grandmother, and a dedicated real estate professional. 

Roger Stewart

Before joining Purdue in 2005, Roger had a 30-year career at Procter & Gamble, where he worked in financial analysis for well-known brands like Pampers, Luvs, Charmin, Bounty, and Always. In his final 18 years with the company, he served as the Vice President of Global Treasury, overseeing a $15 billion debt portfolio, $6 billion in investments, and managing various financial risks and assets. After retiring from Procter & Gamble, Roger returned to Purdue, teaching International Finance and Capital Markets in the MBA program from 2005 to 2009. He then served as the Executive Director of the Daniels College of Business graduate and undergraduate career services from 2009 to 2014. As an Executive in Residence until 2019, he provided guidance to prestigious Purdue organizations like Mortar Board, Old Masters, and Rising Professionals. Although no longer a staff member, Roger continues to dedicate his time expanding the Leadership and Professional Development program at Purdue. He advises students on their careers, teaches networking skills, and supports student organizations. While his main residence is in West Lafayette, he also spends time at his condominium in Chicago and his home in Ponte Vedra, Florida. As an ardent Boilermaker, he enjoys traveling, attending Purdue sporting events, spending time with loved ones, and continuing his mission of helping young Purdue professionals achieve their aspirations. Roger is deeply passionate about the Roger C. Stewart Leadership and Professional Development Program at Purdue University. This program focuses on four priority areas of personal growth for Purdue students: Communications, Collaboration, Thinking, and Self-Awareness. The program's staff is dedicated to emphasizing the importance of these areas to students and providing opportunities for growth through classroom activities, extracurricular involvement, and internships. 

When asked what Purdue means to Roger, he said, “I’m an absolute diehard Purdue alum. My education here laid the groundwork for me to be successful in my finance career. Moreover, my leadership as president of my fraternity was the most impactful learning experience of anything in my personal and professional career”.

Tiffany Weinzapfel

Tiffany is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and a strong commitment to education. Graduating from Purdue University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Agriculture, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian Language, and a Master of Agriculture degree in Public Horticulture, she embarked on a successful career journey. Her initial foray into the professional world led Tiffany to local government in Indiana, where she specialized in Planning and Zoning for several years. Recognizing her exceptional skills, Ivy Tech Community College offered Tiffany a unique opportunity to collaborate with local industries. She played a pivotal role in planning and administering specialized continuing education programs tailored to meet the specific needs of employees. Her efforts in workforce development further showcased her ability to bridge academic knowledge with practical applications. Driven by a passion for teaching and a desire to make a difference in students' lives, Tiffany embarked on a transition-to-teaching program. Currently, she serves as a dedicated chemistry teacher in Columbus, Indiana. Her diverse background and wealth of knowledge enrich her classroom, where she fosters engaging and impactful learning experiences. Outside the classroom, Tiffany finds solace and joy in staying active, indulging in reading, and supporting her two children as they pursue their interests, particularly in running and playing hockey.  

Richard Wien

Dr. Richard Wien received a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and a Doctorate in Chemistry from Stanford University. He is a retired R&D manager with an illustrious career spanning 34 years at Eastman Kodak. His final role at the company was as the manager of Strategic Business Development in R&D. Currently, he remains actively engaged in the academic and professional community, dedicating his expertise as a mentor for student teams at the University of Canterbury. Dr. Wien also serves on the Dean's Advisory Board of the John Martinson Honors College, contributing valuable insights and guidance. Dr. Wien has served on the Chemistry Department Advisory Committee and participated in design reviews within the EPICS program. Beyond academia, he actively contributes to various boards and organizations. His board memberships include Quad A for Kids, Pittsford Education Foundation, Pittsford Food Cupboard, Brighton Food Depot, and The First Baptist Church of Rochester, showcasing his dedication to community service. Additionally, he currently serves on the board of two medical device startup companies, furthering innovation, and progress in the field. Acknowledged for his exceptional contributions, Dr. Wien has received prestigious recognition throughout his career. The American Chemical Society honored him as a Hero of Chemistry, while the NASA Public Service Medal was bestowed upon him for his notable service. Additionally, Dr. Wien was a valued member of Kodak teams that received both an Oscar and an Emmy, highlighting his expertise and creativity in the industry. Continuing his dedication to advancing scientific research and education, Dr. Wien recently established the "Richard and Judith Wien Associate Professor of Chemistry" position in December 2021, underscoring his commitment to fostering excellence and growth in the field. 

Sally Ann Zoll

Sally Ann Zoll, Ed.D, is an accomplished CEO, entrepreneur, and corporate strategist known for driving organizational growth and program sustainability. As the prior CEO of United Through Reading, a renowned nonprofit, Dr. Zoll was responsible for leading the organization's vision, fostering relationships with stakeholders, overseeing programs and finances, and managing the internal team. With a strong educational background, including a doctorate in educational leadership and management, a master's degree in special education, and a bachelor’s degree in elementary education, Dr. Zoll has seamlessly integrated her knowledge with her talent for building and leading organizations across various sectors. She has held esteemed positions such as President of LearnStar and Vice President of Jostens Learning Corporation. Dr. Zoll's achievements have been recognized through numerous awards, including the Women Who Mean Business Award, Tribute to Women & Industry Award, and Navy Region Southwest Fleet-Fighter-Family Champion Award. She has also cultivated strategic alliances with prominent corporations, resulting in nationally recognized collaborations. United Through Reading gained prominence under Dr. Zoll's leadership, with appearances on esteemed media platforms and prestigious accolades, such as the Library of Congress American Award for Literacy and the Congressional Medal of Honor Society's Hero Award for Community Service. Dr. Zoll resides in Coronado, California, with her family.  

When asked what Purdue means to Dr. Zoll, she said, “A place that provided me with the finest education and caring professors who encouraged my passion for education. Purdue did the same for our California born and bred son who says, ‘People at Purdue are the nicest people in the world’”.
